Brief History of Aiello Calabro:
The first records from the last years of the tenth century, at
the domination of the Normans.
Ajello was the rule of Ajello, including Lake, Serra Aiello,
Cleto, Laghitello and Savuto, whose extension was more than 92
kmq The position made him always an area by the various powers

In 1574 the County Ajello passed under the dynasty of Cybo -
